My intense interest in health started when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer at a young age.

I resolved right then to learn everything I could about the disease and what caused it so I could avoid having my future children go through what I and my 5-year old brother had to go through when my mom passed away at the age of 48.

After years of studying from different countries, going to seminars and classes, and spending thousands of dollars on health certifications, I started to understand what it took to achieve optimal health on a physical and mental level in a society defined by overindulgence and instant gratification.

So for me, this is about sharing what I’ve learned so you can develop a better relationship with your body and mind, feel more energetic than ever, feel in control, achieve optimal wellness, and prevent life-threatening diseases.
